The Glen Grant 15 Year Old is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced using malted barley, spring water, and select yeast through the processes of milling, mashing, fermentation, double pot distillation, and maturation in oak ex-bourbon barrels for at least 15 years. Master Distiller Dennis Malcolm focuses on traditional production methods, staying true to the Glen Grant heritage, and insists on the usage of old-fashioned wooden fermenters made from Oregon pine, instead of modern stainless steel, as wood allows for more flavors to develop during fermentation that ultimately ensures our 15 Year Old is an outstanding option.
